I bought IFB’s MicroWave Model No. 30SC2 on 23.08.09 from Ashoka Trading Co., Shop No. 46-47, Sector-16 Market, Faridabad-121002, But from last month(Oct 09) this Microwave is not working properly, from 20.10.09 to till 10.11.09 I tried many times to call their Authorised service person PRADEEP SINGH RWAT, his mobil No. is 9313347514 (Ref.given by the dealer initially), on every call he gave commit me to come, but he didn’t come .
