I called Fred Loya in October 2009 to cancel my auto insurance. They asked me to fill out and sign a dated form and send it back them by e-mail. I did this on Oct 26. In December I realized that they were still charging me 115 usd a month. I tried to get in contact with them, their customer serice said they would get back to me. They never did. I sent several e-mails to the person who was in charge of the cancellation as I did not have her phone number. No reply. Today (feburary 3)I was told they have cancelled my insurance in January 2010! I hav to pay 3 months after cancelling. What kind of insurance company is this, really? read full review »
