Jawbone
Don't buy any Jawbone product, since after a few years if a part breaks you'll be SOL for finding a replacement part. I purchased a brand new Jawbone 1 for like $130 when they were brand new, about 3 years ago. I've had over 30 ear loops break in that span because their piece of shit aluminum ear loops will bend and break with any type of added weight-- simply putting it on my ear I've broken a dozen, and I'm not dumbo. I've spent maybe $100 just in buying those shitty accessories over the years through their... read full review »
EA / Tiger Woods 12
EA has its name on hundreds of video games. Is it EA that's greedy here? For their recent Tiger Woods 12 game for Xbox360, you must have purchased the actual game via retail, in order to play it online against others. The game comes with a code you must submit to unlock online playing. So not only do Xbox members already pay a yearly SUBSCRIPTION FEE TO PLAY GAMES ONLINE, we now can't even play certain games online, unless we buy it or pay another fee?? Seems greedy. Imagine in the near future that you'll have to register each... read full review »
Microsoft Xbox 360 Slim
Purchased a brand new Xbox Slim from Gametop with built-in hard drive. The disc tray has already broken within a few months. It just keeps blinking forever and believes the disc tray is always opening. I have had too many xbox 360s break to count.
I BELIEVE I KNOW THE SOLUTION TO THE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD BROKEN XBOX360S and THE INFAMOUS RED RING OF DEATH. = DON'T STORE/PLAY VERTICALLY
The xbox should not be vertical! Gravity causes the components to lose their alignment over time!--especially the laser or lens used... read full review »
Microsoft Xbx 360 "Elite"
BACKGROUND: I purchased an xbox 360 2 years ago. It broke within 6 months, caused by the infamous Red Ring of Death power light. They sent me a totally different 360, which broke in 6 months from a non-red ring related issue, this was the video display crapping out. I have had 2 more (4 total) in 2 years. I haven't paid for anything but shipping (still about $80), because they know it was their own problem. They released a plagued product like Microsoft always does, and millions of millions were sent in to be fixed.
Because my 4th... read full review »
heidi's bakery
I won't ever step foot in this store again, as I just bought 4 pieces of baked goods (like Danish donut twists), and they were rock hard. It's not like I showed up in the afternoon after they've been sitting there either. It was only a few hours after opening.
I bit into this rock and it was like sucking on a silica packet, all the moisture in my mouth evaporated. Don't offer customers stale food, or improperly cooked foods. Not only did I waste money, but you lost a customer for life. I like to support local... read full review »
Ashley Furniture - Kenosha, WI
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE UNLESS THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK.
I wanted bar height table, but of course they didn't have a single one in their 50, 000 sq ft showroom. So I picked one from a catalog with a sales rep. It's been 4 weeks, and no call.
I just called over there wondering where the F my $300 bar table is, that I already paid for, and some random chick said it was going to be another month!!
I work for a manufacturer... and nothing takes 2 months to ship out! Especially not a damn bar table. I... read full review »
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Modern Warfare has made billions of dollars on its new game, making it the best selling game in the world. ever.
Not only was this online based game full of glitches, and repair patches to download to fix these glitches, they just released a new $15 downloadable 'Stimulus Package' with new maps today on 3-30-10.
Hundreds of thousands of people will download this. They fucked up big time with this one! It not only doesn't work, but it now crashed all servers. You can't play at all anymore until they fix it. All... read full review »
Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day
I recently rented Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day. This no doubt makes my top 5 list of worst movies of all time. Others on that list include Lady in the Water, The Sum of all Fears, and Fanboys.
I am a huge fan of the cult classic original, which is why I rented this one. I should've known better to avoid this cheesebomb crapfest movie, since it took 10 years to plug out a sequel. One of the Saints looks like he aged 20 years since the first...doesn't even look like the same guy.
Stay away from this movie at all cost... read full review »
Blockbuster
The last 3 video games I've rented from Blockbuster were either scratched or damaged, and didn't work! They cost $9 too!
You get a video game for $9 and get to keep it for 5 days. If you don't return it they charge you a dollar for every day, and eventually charge your credit card until you return it. No more late fees, that's for damn sure.
Not only that, I also bought a used game there for cheap...which also didn't work after 10 minutes of playing. I had to go back and return everything that I got there the last 2 trips. read full review »
Burger King
I tried the new Funnel Cake stix this morning at my local Burger King. They were terrible to say the least. I was excited, because funnel cakes are the best. Not only are they covered in powdered sugar, but it comes with a small tub of icing as well. The stix alone are pretty bad, but dipping in a sugary bath of icing wasn't better.
Thanks for ruining one of my favorite carnival snacks ever. Stick with the french fries and chicken finger bang sticks. read full review »
