First and foremost it should be a concern that most items have unconditional 5 star ratings from every reviewer. Batting 1000 just doesn't occur in nature and it doesn't occur on every single product made in China regardless of price. I have posted one and two star items on my review and they do not exist on their website for viewing. They were never posted. <br /> <br /> Second, over $500 of items have been seized by US Customs . I ordered four textbooks on 01/08/10. One book was received in ten days in a single package with a single tracking number. eCampus was contacted for status of other books and refuses to provide prrof of other mailings, including shipping labels, weights and tracking numbers. Claims all four textbooks were mailed in same package wighing 12 ounces total. eCampus refuses to credit account for missing books or provide further proof books were mailed. read full review »
