Trial product never received! 30 day trial expired. Charged card (unauthorized) $149.95 + $35 for NSF!! PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED!!! I DEMAND, FOR MY DAUGHTER, YOU REFUND $234. TO HER VISA IMMEDIATELY! This is our 5th refund request. IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND ASAP I WILL CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES! MY EMAIL IS [email protected] and my daughter is: [email protected]. My daughter ordered a trial of your product which SHE NEVER RECEIVED! While she waited, the 30 day trial period expired and this company charged her $149.95 TWICE without consent! This left her account with NSF!!! There was also a $35. (TWICE) charged to her account for not having the funds! Her account was in good standing until you people charged $370. to her Visa without authorization!! My daughter ordered a 30 day trial of your product which was NEVER received! So of course while she waited the 30 day cancellation period expired and she was charged (without authorization) TWICE @ $149.95 this made her account have NSF!! I want you to refund the $300 you charged (without consent) immediately! If not, I have no choice but to get the authorities involved... and I will.
