Dear Mr Manager of Punjab National Bank, on 8th february 2010 evening we tried to get money from CITY BANK ATM, we did all the procedure to get money, but later the transaction was failed, it showed as failed transaction. Later we enquired to company whether the money has been credited to our account or not, they said yes. After 2 days once again we tried in ATM Machine it showed insufficient transaction, bt co. tells money has been credited already.
