After discovering what was originally involved in my loan process, I immediately called ( Countrywide) at the time in an attempt to refinance. Please keep in mind that I had a credit rating of 825 and was operating a solvent business...I had no problem making the payment, but I saw there would be a problem with the loan in the future. I was ready, willing and able to refinance. I had no bad debts at the time...This was early 2007...
