I have had the Norton virus program on my home computer for several years. However, because of computer problems during the time the renewal notice was available my computer was down and remained down for about three weeks. When I was able to comunicate I replied and requested that my subscription be cancelled and a credit be provided on my Discover Card for the total amountof $54.99. The charge was dated 1/25/10.
