Traded up my sons ipod nano for an ipod touch at Best Buy in Loveland after having continual problems. Touch lasted less than a year. Took it to the store to exchange because it wasn't working. Didn't have my receipt so the cashier pulled it up in their system with my phone number. She had me verify my information in the signature pad for credit cards then typed the info into the computer.
