Ginny's gets an "F" for poor customer service. And it gets a double "F" grade for poor website design that makes it impossible to pay your bill. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't work. When you call to make payment, make sure you call midday because they don't answer the phone and you get a recording that says "call back later."
