I was sent a collection notice for settlement from Afni inc. for 50.00. The original debt was 470.00 from a account that was never in my name. I personally got a hold of charter and the debt was taken out of my name. The only reason I am writing this is due to the fact that they sent me the settlement offer after the fact.
