I have purchased the wall mixer tap (2 way) watertec make, with three year warranty from Priya Tiles, Bypass road, Udumalpet during the month June-2008. The above wall mixer change over nap was broken, during the month October-2008, due to the Nap fixed without screw the same was handed over to shopkeeper during the same month.After completion of 9 months, I have not received any reply or replaced materials up to 22/07/2009. So I have send my compliant through e-mail on 22/07/09. even after, so many completion no reply received through e-mail or shopkeeper and all so not returned my defective nob. the consumer service is very worest. read full review »
