I thought I was placing an order to renew Norton's computer virus protection for another year. When I received my credit card monthly bill, I realized I was billed for both Norton's annual renewal and also for DRI Symantec Generic. I would like to have you refund my $ 49.99 and cancel my services with Symantec Generic. You may keep the amount paid for Norton's annual renewal of $44.99. Sorry to have misunderstood.
