This is the last name they gave to their false company(Gallus Elecronic), which from what I've read in some romanian forums was calld before Hanz Electricals, Helgi Electricals, etc.The person behind this scam is not stupid at all, making it all look very real...sending you signed employment documents with your name on it etc...But it seems he uses every time the same first name which is Ebnic..
