I am writing to complain that TLG GREATFN____799JAN (or similiar) are taking $12.99 a month out of my Visa account without my permission. They started out taking somewhere around $11.99 then since I didn't notice it right away they decided to up the amount to $12.99. I do not know howor where they got my details. Please can this matter be looked into. I would also like all my charges reimbursed since I never took the card out of my purse for this. read full review »
