Ordered and paid for 1dz Roses for Valentine's Day, 02/14/2010. I was assured by a Customer Service Rep that delivery would be between the hours of 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. It is now 9:23 PM, Sunday 02/14/2010 and no delivery. Valentine's day has always been special to my wife and I. That is why I paid extra for Sunday delivery.
