This product promises to fix "lexplore.exe errors." and does not perform. I can not see where there has been any change to my computer problem. Plus, I was completly unaware that the $39.97 was for only 1 year of promised service. The website would have one to believe that they are to receive a product by mail, such as a CD, Not so, it is an online download. In addition, there is a $9.97 charge for "Data Recovery Pro" item.
