My daughter went to H&R Block to have their taxes prepared. Beforehand they assured her they had Rapid Refund and it would cost no more than $150 to prepare a short form and get the refund same day or next day at the latest. She was not informed beforehand that getting a quick refund was based on their credit rating and she was also charged $300 to prepare the form. Needless to say, they did not get the refund the same day and were grossly overcharged considering they didn't itemize. read full review »
