Canada Post delivery service! On February 15th, 2010 we had a Canada Post supervisor come to our door stating that the post carrier refused to deliver our mail due to snow on the steps and missing railings. Please note following his visit, I measured the snow as being 1/2'" of soft snow that had fallen the night before, and as for the railings, there have never been railings on the two steps necessary to get to the mail box.
