This company continues to raise prices. They will bill costomers without approval and once the raise is denied they refund the money to all the customers. This is not right, but however legal. I lived in a trailer worked as a manager and lived on my own. I could leave my heat off for 12 hours a day and still get a bill of 2-500 dollars. THis is absolutly ridiculus to raise prices like that in the economy that we are having to day. They had enough money to go around and replace all the meter boxes.
