My first issue is with the reps! After attending the meeting I ask for more information from the reps so Harry and his ETT come to my house. I tell them I'm interested but I want to know how it is going to save me money. I asked specifically if I could use my fax machine with the digital phone as I didn't know and it wasn't clear on their website. They said yes, it has a distinctive ring.
