On Aug 27/2009, I contacted Wells Fargo in hope to refinance, unfortunally didn't qualify for refinancing due to a drop in home value of $35, 000.00. We had at the point suffered a considerable loss of income approx 30%less, cut in Hrs beginning June 2008, as well as sporadic lay-offs as of Feb 2009 and through out the year.
