I hired Andrew Segovia Enterprises, Ottawa Ontario for what I thought was a 3 day interior paint job. A proposal was made but not noted in the proposal was lack of detailed surface preparation which led to most of the problems which arose in this disaster of a paint job. The paint finish used was an eggshell finish, not listening to my advisce re by a decorator that I hired, who suggested a matte finish on all walls which would hide a lot of the impurfections.
