Hii.. Whom so ever it may concern. I m Pankaj Chaudhari, From Badlapur, Mumbai, Dist-Thane, Maharashtra, India. I had a postpaid, two, connnections in my wife's name Mrs. Yugandhara P Chaudhari. the connection which my wife is using had all the time problems like unnecessarily adding of amount which we had not used. I complainint several time to the call center, but not an serious action is been taken.
