This company processed 2 unauthorized charges on my credit card which they had apparently stored from a previous purchase through their company and was returned, because the first product did not do what they advertised and costs more than their website indicated. When I questioned the charges, this time, the company representative was very rude, Donna, ID # 165, who claimed she was a supervisor.
