I received an unsolicited phone call pertaining to credit card debt. When I told the rep I was not interested in the offer he presented which was to settle on debt at only 60% of the total, he became very condenscending. Especially after I informed him that the remaining 40% was taxed by the federal government as debt cancelation once the debt was settled. He basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about, then said that I had big problems, and then rudely hung up. read full review »
