I went to do an oil change and I was supposed to get the following: - Carpet cleaning - Topping off other fluids - Oil change When I get the car, I checked and see that the carpet is not touched or cleaned at all, there is huge oil stain on my leather seat and no fluids have been topped off. I have an expensive car and it was not worth going there. I could get a better service on a $12.99 oil change from other place without having my seat stained. read full review »
