The owner of this establishment (Cynthia Miranda) required a deposit of $1000 in order to reserve the restaurant for my son's rehearsal dinner to be held in May 2009. She closed her business in January 2009 and assured me I would receive a refund within weeks. To date, I am still awaiting my refund check. I received numerous assurances that I would receive my money but she left and went to work at elements restaurant where she is currently general manager.
