I ordered flowers over a year ago and they were delivered to the wrong address and were dead once they were found. I had a credit on my account as they would not refund me, so I had another order delivered - 1 year later. They also arrived dead. I cannot speak with anyone in the company and am not getting much help. Another order was sent and were again dead. They were also suppose to change the message on the card and did not do that. They sent the flowers with the original message from 1 year ago. read full review »
