I received a call from IC Systems this morning at 8:01 asking for me to set up a payment for a credit account I have with a bank. I explained to Amanda I just paid that account and I am not paying IC systems since I am currently paying the bank directly and I did not know who they were as a company or why I would pay them when I am paying my bank directly.
