I booked a vacation package for 896$ for four persons. I was suppose to recieve a comfirmation email with information regaurding the vacation. I never recieved the email. I then began calling them when I noticed the money was charged to my Visa. When I called I got many different responses; " the supervisor is in the bathroom, I will email it again mame, I don't know why your not getting it, and twice I was disconnected.
