I have been trying since Oct 2009 to obtan a replacement, I have now requested a refund for poor quality printer ink cartrideges received from Printerinks. The were not as previously supplied. I have been advised twice since oct that a replacement has been sent. I have emailed details of complaint to them and received no calls. Kind regards Susan Mercieca read full review »
