When I originally got into my contract with this company, I was told that I had to make five payments and the product would be shipped to my address. Well, after the fifth uninterrupted payment I called the company four times before I could even get in touch with a customer service Rep. who then told me that I was never told five payments, it is actually all of the payments that were required to receive my computer and printer.
