Got bell blackberry phone that did not work. Shipped it back to Bell, never had a phone for a month, still paid 100 dollar bill from Bell even though they had phone. Was my 3rd phone that did not work. My Parents shipped it back to Bell in Canada post bag, in which was purolater bag they provide. Bell said they never got phone even though it was not returned by Canada Post to my parents house.
