Me and my wife had decided to refinance with Wells Fargo in the Corpus Christi area. This was a few months ago when interest rates were low and we were going to refinance for around 5%. We submitted all out paperwork and we were told that paperwork was taken care of and that we would have to wait around 80 days or so, due to them processing a large volume of loans.
