I just found three charges on my credit card. Like many others I authorized a $1.00 charge to get information on the Google Success Kit. I never saw it was for a seven day trial and that I would be charged $11.95 after that. To make matters worse I also got hit for Fraud Protection - $4.95 and Identity Security for $9.95. I've called all three numbers, same place but different departments so they won't transfer. Each one said they would cancel but wouldn't give me a refund, per the terms and conditions.
