I ordered the FREE teeth whitener and it will never end! The rebate form to make it free was to E'd and I had to request it 4 X's. Then I was suddenly on 'free trail' with wellness watchers MD. To get the rebate, I had to accept this 'trial period' & sign in with a password which was VERY difficult to get. Then complete a personal profile, then cancel by a certain time to not be charged a monthly fee. The mail in rebate was almost 10 pieces of paper. I have spent way too much time & run in so many directions I wonder what else I have to do to get a lousy rebate check... read full review »
