back in july of 2009 i had placed an order through an informercial / limited treasures for the complete 50 states of america coin bears as a gift for christmas to my granddaughter. my charge card was used and payment made in days after the order was paid. around nov i received a part of my order with 15 bears on back order. the closer it got to christmas i was calling several times to find out what was going on.
