I have been working on a loan modification with wells fargo since Feb. 2009. During this time I have faxed a veritable mountain of paperwork. I have constantly followed up with confirmation phone calls making sure they didn't need anything else---all to no avail. During this period, i must have talked to at least 40 DIFFERENT reps. Also during this time frame, their CEO Mr. Stumpf has been " complaining" on business TV that he had 97Billion dollars to lend from the government.
