I rented a home from Charles Wiebe in October, 2009, for my daughter's wedding. The house itself was great, with the exception of some electrical problems, and a garage full of junk that did not allow for storing excess outdoor furniture to make way for wedding tables, etc. The problem is with the owner, Charles Wiebe, who has an office in the rental house, and continues to be in and out of it at all times of the day and night while the renter(s) are staying there, without consent or notice.
