I bought what was meant to be a £o.99 a month for 2 years deal and was charged for the full thing altogether. I then got an additonal £11 odd charge on my bill so in total was charged around £35. Now I got into website once downloaded programme which didn't download properly an when I tried to enter site again now its coming up no known password/user name.
