The owner/mechanic has charged for work he did not perform on my vehicle. He claimed to have changed my oil, topped off fluids, lubricated doors, checked brakes, and added cleaner for fuel tank. He has not performed this work but has charged me for it and my car has not had any cooler added nor is the oil clean. He refunded $1000 of the $1400 he charged when I learned that some parts were not changed as he alleged. He never discussed with me the work he would do and he did not give me parts back.
