I purchased and installed Trend Micro Internet Security. My computer kept doing a "crash dump". I received messages that my Antivirus program was causing the problem. So I contacted Trend Micro. The Rep emailed me and had me send a couple of error logs. He then had me uninstall and reinstall the program. I had the same results. The Rep then told me he had to refer me to a Level 2 Specialist.
