Customer care I have purchased Sony Ericsson G900 from Bedi Cycle Works against his invoice number 15553 dated 28-10-2009 and complaint regarding keypad delamanitation workorder number SE31000710232 made to your jammu centre which was not entertained. With refernce to talk with Madam Avinash at your call centre she told me to mail the complaint along with the photo of the part damaged.Plz find attach the photo with the mail and do the needful otherwise I will be forced to seek relief through consumer court.
