i ordered the free trial, they charged me for shipping which is fine but 4 days after placing the order for the free trial i called to cancel per instructions of the web site. they said to not be automatically en-rolled in program you had to cancel within 10 days. i called to cancel and the guy would not let me cancel. i told him i did not want to be charged or en-rolled in anything and he said he understood that but was going to extend the free trial till march 2 and if i still did not want to be en-rolled, to call back then. i repeatedly... read full review »
