Phone broke but under warranty? your stress is NOT over. the first thing they do is look for a reason not to fix your phone. my phone had little physical damage (been dropped a few times), and the watermark sticker was still white. But apparently, the first thing they do is look for anything that could give them an excuse to not fix the phone. in my case, they said the electronic circuitry in the phone had corrosion damage. Since that will continue to occur even if they fix the phone, they didn't fix it. I could not have caused this corrosion damage, yet my phone - under warranty - was not fixed. read full review »
