My experience with SEARS was NASTY, After 12 calls from my cell phone, they concluded that my Kenmore Oasis HE is not covered by the Recall and they asked me to pay $129.99 for the service, but if the washer needs a part they will make an extra charge for it, therefore, I won't buy at Sears anymore.They lost an excellent Customer since 1987 and they don't care about it.
