I too emailed this company to get an Autoship program canceled and get an RMA for some bottles I received. At first they were responding saying, we've canceled the autoship bla bla bla, I'll sell you the bottles we just shipped you for $34.99, then went on about canceling with in 15 days and the terms and conditions (gave me the run around). I said I want an RMA and I got no responce after that. I emailed them everyday with no response until today (92 hours later)!!! I got my RMA.
