I have applied to HDFC Bank Ltd. to switch my loan to State Bank of India, and SBI has issued Form-D to sign existing bank (HDFC) for the purpose of after sanctioning loan amount the existing bank may surrender property documents and they have no objection to switch the loan to another bank, but HDFC denied to sign Form-D. They said we don't sign/bound any authority, but after sanction we may surrender the documents to bank. But, SBI don't sanction the loan without sign on Form-D by HDFC. read full review »
