I bought a brand new printer the 9th of jan.2010 at Future Shop in Lasalle Qc. it worked perfectly until a few days ago when it abruptly stopped printing. I did the usual things suggested by the `Trouble shooting`directory, but nothing happens. On the 18th of this months I contacted the 1.800 No to speak to a technician, after multiple put on hold, I ended up with a 3 way conversation - never with the technician him/herself.
